I had a maintenance issue with my bathroom sink and I reported it to Ray(manager) and my sink was fixed within the hour ! The plumber was quick and efficient as well. I was truly greatful. As a new resident this truly leaves a great impression.

I would actually love for the owner to contact me directly. You have a beautiful property and Kaylyn is amazing however I would like to speak to you about an interaction that had me crying this morning infront of my kids dropping them off on my way to work.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and I truly love it. The location is perfect, the apartments and common areas are clean, and the neighbors are really nice! Maintenance will usually fix any issues in a timely matter. The property manager, Ray is very quick to respond and has handled every situation and answered any questions I’ve had with professionalism. Great complex to live in!

The exterminators did a very nice job getting rid of the wasps that were crawling on and swarming around my bathroom window.
