Serious Mold Issues and Poor Management Response – Avoid Redland Creek Apartments for Seniors I am writing this review to share our distressing experience at Redland Creek Apartments of Lawrenceville, GA, particularly for seniors. My mother, who lives here, has faced ongoing health and safety issues due to serious mold problems. These issues have already been reported in the news, but sadly, the management seems unresponsive. Despite calling nearly 20 times in just one week, I have received zero responses. My mother has been left without proper heating or air conditioning for almost two weeks after they had to turn off the central AC due to mold, which was initially downplayed by management. These feels more like section 8 then a senior community from me making a phone call. If I am going to be helping my Grandmother with her expenses it will not go to a place like this. I didn't have any high hopes due to the location but of course the customer service matched the area. Letting me know my Grandmother needs to bring a money order,an updated id and her updated social security verification without even seeing the unit initially is a little odd..Even if you are desperate look elsewhere..there are much better cheaper units elsewhere in more prosperous locations..And the agent never provided a name..Extremely unprofessional and odd experience..If my Grandmother didn't like the area I wouldn't have considered calling..Please keep looking..It's not worth a tour or your time...

I met Ms Sherronda and she has been a blessing. I was having issues with a few things and I was happy to say that Sherronda has helped meningitis he beat way. And also got my work orders done in a timely manner.

I moved in May and Ms Sherronda made my Move-in a lot easier. I was waiting for a while but after Sherronda started in the Office my move in was smooth and easy. Thank you Sherronda for all your help.
