Redhawk Commons

I loved living at RedHawk Commons during my time at semo. I lived here for almost 4.5 years and it was the best experience. Yes the walls are thin and not much amenities, but it didn’t affect me honestly because I used the Rec center. I loved that If there’s anything that needed to be fixed they took care of it very quickly and they were very good at communicating. I plan on coming back to SEMO for masters, and if/when I do, I’m definitely going to apply here again!

Its clean and the closets are a nice size. It’s around the same price as cape trails & legends, but it has no pool, no tanning bed, no gym, or main office. The walls& floors are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing- from the tv show they’ve Been watching, down to the reason they’re arguing that week. The balding, tall guy who manages redhawks most often is rude & extremely invasive. Many of my friends who lived here had problems with him and the uncomfortable, condescending way he would speak to them in their own space. I also found a key lying in the landscape one day& it was one of those keys that opens every apartment door. It’s a nice place to live when you need a place to go, but it’s more of a last minute place.

I absolutely love living at Redhawk Commons. It’s such a safe environment that is located 2 minutes away from campus. Anytime I have questions or need anything fixed they always take care of it right away. Highly recommended this place!

I’ve lived at Redhawk commons for three years now. It’s super clean and if there’s ever something that needs to be fixed they are there right away. Super nice people to rent from!

Could not be a more perfect place to live in school!
