Redgate Apartments

I lived here from the begining of 2017 til end of 2025. Loved my apartment in the first few years, but things drastically went downhill after the pandemic. Once new management took over I couldn't wait to leave. I couldn't get a maintenance order completed for over a year. On top of that pools never reopened after pandemic. And the property of upkeep as a whole just went down the drain. They implemented towing and your visitors have to pay to park. I moved out October 2025 and still have not received any information on my deposit.I left my apartment clean and in pretty good condition being as I was there for as long as I was. My deposit was $770. There's no way they should have kept the whole thing. And can't seem to reach anyone in the office every time I call. I would not recommend m

I have lived here since 2022 and have no complaints especially how they have worked with me during some unforeseen circumstances. I have lived in two different apartments here due to needing more space. Maintenance has always been a big help as well. My AC unit had went out this past summer and he had it fixed within 24 hrs.

Lived in these apartments back in 2019 it was ok i guess for the price not at all. The management at the time wasn’t that great. However the commute to everything was awesome thats why we stayed so long other than we were ready to get out!

I’ve been in at this complex almost 5 years. The office managers are wonderful. As long as you communicate when you’re having an issue they’re always understanding. Any maintenance request I have put in has gotten taken care of in a timely manner. Michelle and Alexis are always very friendly and helpful when needed. Every place has issues but the only thing I can really complain about is the pool not being open, and that’s not on their part it’s the city not giving the green light.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I waited a long time to post this review to see if they would do the right thing. DO NOT rent here unless you never want to see your deposit again. This place has owed use $1,058.75 since May of 2024. We have reached out multiple times in regards to receiving our deposit and they always give us the run around about “reaching out to corporate” to get the problem resolved. ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER and we still have not received our deposit. Not to mention all the other reviews on here about other people not receiving their deposits back either. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
