I rented from Redding REI for several years and I cannot say enough positive things from my experience with Heather and her team. Heather was always reachable by phone /text with reasonable time delays of course (evening time/holidays) Any issues we had she would reach out to her team and try to handle in record time. I've had other rental companies that were nowhere near as amazing or professional as Redding REI. 20 out of 10!

Redding REI manages manages our multi-family and our single family residential income properties. We have used many different property management companies over the years and hands down Heather is the best. She provides above and beyond communication, tenant selection, and asset management. If she says she will do something, it will absolutely be done and done well.

When REI took began management of the home I rent there were distinct changes in the quality and attention of our rental experience. The previous company had not kept up with several of the services included in our rental agreement, and those services were immediately reinstated. The contact person I worked with was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and worked with me and my roommates.

I am so glad working with Heather. She is awesome and very responsible, professional. Always just a phone call she is there and taking care all the issues. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!
