Redbud Place Apartments

The manager, her name is Angie. She is Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant people that you could ask for when it comes to interacting with the tenants here. I had some issues moving in and she was very patient with us, and helped us get it done. Since moving in, I have had a couple of. Minor issues and she was very quick to respond. Since my divorce in 2012 when I sold my home, I have lived in a few apartments. Although the apartments were new and very nice, the management was terrible. Hats off to you Angie. Keep up the good work, we love ya.

I currently live here in the redbud apartments! And so far I love it! Very quiet community. The apartment were so clean Once we arrived. My husband and I are only off weekends, Joanna the manager was so helpful in helping us get ready to move in, coming in on her off days to get everything in order. She explained everything perfectly! She made sure everything was ready us! Joanna made the application process super simple and easy. The apartments are in a great location, with a 24/7 gym. So no more gym membership for us anymore! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service Johanna (the property manager) has been super helpful since I moved here. I moved in outside of office hours and she arranged everything to be set up for my arrival (including dropping some boxes inside my apartment that I shipped beforehand-I believe Enrique was very good helping her out to get this done!). The apartment was clean and in good condition. I have reported some issues and they are always fixed in a timely manner.I am just looking forward to be able to pay my rent with my credit card, but aside from that it has been a great experience!!

My wife and I moved into Redbud a little over 4 years ago. We recently moved out due to management not helping out when needed. It was a great place to live until other tenants stopped following simple rules. You're given two parking spots but only if you get home before your neighbor and their 3 or more vehicles take your spot. Had a few dents on my vehicles due to door dings of neighbors not knowing how to park. Deposit was 400 and we were told that if we clean the apartment before we moved out, we'll get all our money back. They took more than 25% for who knows what reason. The maintenance guy always helped out. He would go above and beyond to help. I would not recommend moving here even though water,cable and trash was included in rent. Horrible place to live at. Yes apartment were spacious but management is horrible. my AC broke down many times. I was there right in the middle of their remodeling and painting they remove the seal of the door for the whole weekend. My electricity new stove the roof. They would enter the apartment without notifying you. I was here when it flooded and there were actually fishes in the parking lot. We were locked in for actually like 3 days. Plus gate woild not work like many times in a month. Neighbor would have to manually open the a yes. NEVER AGAIN!
