The dealers were nice however they use subcontractors for everything else and they do cheap, subpar work. The HVAC provided was either used or didn’t work properly when installed. After several costly service calls, we have already had to replace the inside and outside units and this is a vacation home so it’s not used regularly.
This dealer uses low quality subcontractors to cut costs and it shows. Finish work was very poor. Had to hound them to get anything done. Would not recommend to anyone.
Sell a great mobile home plus have replacement part for whatever you may need
