I can't express how grateful and happy I am with the work Cy from Red Rocks Certified Property Inspection. I was buying my first home and he drove all the way from the Springs to Millikan for my inspection. On top of this far drive...his truck that he just paid off got crushed by a neighbors tree the night/morning of my inspection. Instead of rescheduling (we needed to close in 16 days), he borrowed a neighbors car and still got the inspection done. He took his time and did an amazing job (including a sewer scope he uploaded to Youtube!). Cy was very knowledgable and truly made me feel that much more confident in the home I chose to purchase.
