Our new air conditioning system wasn’t working right in the morning. I made the call to the property management office and within an hour we had a tech at our door replacing the thermostat. We are Airbnb Super Host rated and are extremely concious of how we leave someone elses property. We fulfilled our lease terms fully and left the home in better shape then when we got it. For a leaky shower ehead and touching up where we had the tv wall bracket mounted they kept about $1200 of our deposit. We thought it was wierd when they insisted on a home inspection every other month but this was the last straw. I recommend you stay away from Red Rock Property Management.

Red rock is awesome to do business with. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Had an issue with an appliance upon move in and Sherrie got it taken care of promptly. It has been a great experience so far.
