Red Pines Apartments

All the 5 star reviews are definitely fake. These are bug infested. I’ve seen everything you can think of from normal things like spiders and ants to COCKROACHES and MICE! You will not have your own hot water heater in your apartment. The 4 plex has 1-2 outside that you share with your neighbors. The hot water is never hot and barely Luke warm in winter months. The management is horrible. Seriously horrible. Never on site and maintenance has yet to fully finish anything they started in my apartment. My bathroom still has a 10 inch hole in the wall that leaks freezing air from outside. There is no parking and they sell you parking spots at an extra fee… they also make you pay extra for that Luke warm water they provide. And will make you pay extra fees for trash service too… even tho they d

There's so much room for improvement. One of them is that they need another dumpster so trash isn't everywhere and the one dumpster that's there isn't as messy. They need a maintenance team that actually fixes things and they need to spend the money needed to fix things in order for the people who live here to feel like it's an actual home to them. Management has been abrasive, but I think they are getting better and will continue to improve or so I hope. They need to put up cameras and keep an eye on them to get these apartments to be better and more safe. There's no place for children to play so they often play in the parking lot.

These apartments are absolutely horrible, things fell apart day 2 I almost got knocked out by a falling cabinet, one of my windows is sealed shut and the smoke detectors work about as well as owning a bike and being in a wheelchair. Not to mention having so many apartments that share a number, I’ve already had my food stolen by dishonest tenants more than once.

I gave one star bc you can't give .5. where to begin? Well. We had a flood due to bad pipes, and, after finally breaking down in tears, were given another apartment and told to get our stuff out in three days or we'd be charged for two apartments. Then, once we moved, they wanted me to sign another lease at a higher price bc "it's a new apartment", like I had anything to do with that. A lot of our stuff was damaged when the workers who came in took clothes I had rushed to pile on the bed off of it to use to soak up water. Then, they threw some of the clothes back up to get the "wet rags" out of the way. Lastly, once I finally got it after being told "if you don't like it, you can move", they kept my deposit, telling me the whole time that is be getting it back and they would send it. Ov

The newly renovated units at 720 Arthur look great and the three bedroom units are spacious. The management team has been A+ with response to questions and issues that arise. Definitely worth the tour of the units if you need a good community.
