RUN. Applied. Gave a deposit. I saw reviews there is mold and roaches. Before moving in I asked for assurance no mold or roaches were in the apartment. They sent me a cut and paste reply that mold is everywhere and its up to tenants to control it and that roaches can be handled with exterminators but wouldn't make any statements they don't have them. Medical issues won't let me be around mold and roaches. I didn't move in therefore and they kept my deposit under those terms. That's them acting in bad faith and bad business. Thankful for the reviews here that kept me from moving in

From the time I applied for an apartment the office team Nia and Emily were superior at making sure my move in was great. They are very understanding and anytime that I have an issue or question, rather by phone or email they always get back to me in a timely manner. The environment here has been great.
