Red Oak Acres

I at first gave this place a good review but after living here.. I have been completely ignored when complaining about how we can hear everything everyone is doing. When they go to the bathroom, turn shower on and off- really annoying when trying to sleep or do school We hear dogs barking. Had a neighbor come down to say about talking when we were in bed. The issue is the actual care of the apartment and the actual lack of care of the management. I should not have been told it’s an apartment. I have lived in apartments before and this is by far the LOUDEST one. All day and all night when someone walks up stairs the floors creak to point of it being disturbing it’s not their fault the apartments are old and not properly taken care of. We like the place, but the AC is broken, and they provided us with two portable AC units for the rooms while they fixed it. We've lived here for two months, and they still haven't fixed the central AC unit. Today, the temperature is 95°F, and even though we have both portable AC units on and the central AC unit on, the apartment's temperature is 76°F. It's impossible to watch TV in the living room because of the unbearable heat.

Just moved in and love it so far. We hear the neighbors upstairs walking around but we also live on bottom floor, other than that the apartment is cute. Love the stove. When we picked up the keys we were given a small start bag that was something I’ve never had a place do before. Employees are very nice.
