Red Maple Villas

The units are beautiful, spacious and roomy. My mother has dealt with light issues but no maintenance man to be had. That's the only problem. We had put in a work order months ago when the previous office manager was there, but no response. I'm going to call and try again. Other than that, very beautiful units for those 55 & older

It is a great place to live. It was newly built, but the buildings have a few minor issues. The builders did a HORRIBLE job building them. You may not notice much unless you are familiar with construction. There is a great maintenance man and manager on staff 😉 My Grandmum lives here and would highly recommend it. I would give it 5 star if I didn't know about the builder issues.

My grandmother moved into this place not 3 months ago. She has some very rude neighbors who harrass her and write her up over false accusations and the office management never spoke to her about the 'incidents' before she was sent a write up and eviction letter. We were able to get a meeting with management and get the eviction overturned. However the neighbors are knocking on her door harassing her again over false accusations and she is fearful of eviction yet again because of this. My hope with this review is to get attention from management and hopefully even the owner of this compelx so she might get a fighting chance to stay in this lovely complex. I appreciated the exterior location of Red Maple Villa’s and the higher location of Phase 2 which is in the early building process. I see potential of the community.

I have left numerous messages and requested information for my Mom. Voicemail is full now and no answer. I have stopped at the office hours are 9am to 3pm at different times no one is EVER there. Not sure if it were free I would want my mom to live there!!! This to means if she had any issues wouldn't be able to get results.
