Purchased my first house in 2021, love the house. The process could have been better. My realtor seemed responsive and knowledgeable at first as soon as the noncompete paperwork was signed, he ghosted. I did not get my questions answered until the day of the closing, from the previous home owner. During negotiations instead of talking the price down, he increased it! Ultimately costing me an extra $10,000. I was told that questions about the septic system where “weird”. Any questions, not one specifically, all of them. Being a first time home buyer is hard enough. If you want the worst possible deal and no communication this is the company you want to go with!

I had the pleasure of working with Laura Crowe buying and selling my first home and purchasing my current home. Laura and her team embody the gold standard of customer service. My schedule is hectic, and makes meetings difficult. Laura worked around my schedule to find me a great home. We must have toured over a dozen places. Although I felt slightly guilty for the number of homes I dragged her to, she was always smiling, helpful and up-beat. At no time did I get the feeling she had nothing but my best interests in mind (and I'm a text book cynic). I seldom take time to review a product or service (good or bad), I felt internally obligated to praise Laura and Red Barn Reality for their outstanding service. 5 stars isn't enough!!

After a long hard frustrating struggle with another realator who was NOT working for us to sell our home, for the 2nd time we started the process of interviewing realtors and as soon as we interviewed Crystal, my husband and I knew she was the one! We knew she could sell it before we even signed because of her passion, sincerely caring 💓, positive personality and a handful of other things. She is a natural and sincerely cared for us and we knew she would work for us 110+% and she did!! She got us a fantasic offer and under contract, OVER listing price, after only 2 1/2 days on the market and literally only 1 day of showings, and then we closed on it less than 2 weeks later!!
