RED BaRN Custom Homes

My wife and I just moved in a home built by Red Barn Construction. The process has been amazing! As with any construction project there are challenges to be navigated but the team has Red Barn handled them all with integrity and diligence. Working with Ken Corsini and Nathan Beavers in finding land and developing the project was a great experience. Matt Smith, our project manager was exceptional. Every step of the process they owned it as if they were building their own home. If I were building again today I would without hesitation contract with Red Barn again. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Red barn helped us design our custom inviting, unfussy cottage with plenty of room for outdoor living that celebrate the views from every angle. The wall of French doors extends the living space into the outdoor covered porch where our family can cozy up by the additional fireplace. We also wanted plenty of room for out of town guests. Red Barn designed a separate pool house where guests can have their privacy inside or kick back and relax under 1 of the 3 outdoor pergolas. Red Barn also tied in our custom features such as the wood ribbons framing the sleek fireplace, which also created a wonderful reading nook. The entire team at Red Barn are expert craftsmen. We really enjoyed the whole Red Barn team. We began working with Nathan and Kristy on a custom home, but after we toured one of their existing homes, that happened to be for sale, we decided to purchase that instead. Their work is really beautiful. Kristy has precise communication with lots of helpful information. The rest of the team executing and leading the builds are great also. As we’ve moved in following closing, the different vendors that come by for various things often mention that Red Barn does good work and admire our home. I’m glad we crossed paths with this business.

I could not ask for a better experience. From the day the lot was cleared until the day we moved in. What I was most impressed is that after everything was all said and done and money paid, they stayed on top of any warranty items that popped up. Nathan was very easy to work with and guided us thru everything. I loved it that he listened to the special things we wanted to do and did whatever it took to make it happen. Special props to Matt. He was our go-to guy on a daly basis and was there whenever we needed him in the middle of project up until taking care of all punchless items that came up. I would definitely use them again when building my home

We just moved into our new build from Red Barn Construction and enjoyed the entire experience. This was our 2nd custom build and 3rd build so we were prepared for what was ahead and we knew what to focus on that was important to us. From choosing the lot, to the floorplan to the redlines to the selections to ground breaking and all the way through to the CO, we had no surprises and stayed within budget. Everyone we worked with was above board: Chrysan, Nathan, Chandler, Braydon & Matt. Matt was the most communicative builder, we spoke with him weekly at the beginning of construction and almost daily near the end. This was a big project and we didn't expect it to go flawlessly but what we did expect was transparent communication & integrity and we received both. I highly recommend Red Barn.
