Reatta Ranch Apartment Homes

I had such a pleasant experience touring Reatta Ranch Apartments with Andrea. She was very kind and took her time showing me around, which I truly appreciated. Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were so friendly and welcoming. The property is well kept, and I was especially impressed with the saltwater pool, the 24-hour fitness room, and the dog park. The location is also very convenient, being less than 30 minutes from DFW Airport, and it’s nice to have Buc-ee’s only about 8 minutes away. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I left feeling quite pleased with the visit.

The property is beautiful and in a nice calm area. I love the layout of the property and how spacious it is. The assitant manager Andrea toured me and showed me the in and outs, great gym facility. She is the reason i decided to move in and i couldnt be happier. Andrea is wonderful and if you need a place to live, reach to her and she will take care of you.

I recently toured Reatta Ranch and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Assistant Property Manager Andrea. She was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. Andrea took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative, not rushed. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Reatta Ranch made a great first impression, and Andrea played a huge role in that. Highly recommend touring with her!

I had an amazing experience with the Office staff at Reatta Ranch especially Shannon and Andrea from the very first interaction, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They always go above and beyond to make residence feel heard and supported, And their communication is excellent. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. It truly makes a difference living in a community where Office that is so dedicated and friendly Shannon and Andrea are a huge asset to Reatta Ranch and I couldn’t recommend them enough renewing my lease for another year.

We love living at Reatta Ranch. It feels like home here and the staff is fast, efficient and on top of it all!!! Shannon is always quick to respond and help out with any questions or concerns and makes everything so stress free. The maintenance guys are great aswell. I’d like to mention Jeremy specifically he is very efficient and always so kind and always says hello and asks how I’m doing anytime I see him out working. The dog park is always spotless since he started working here too!
