I rented from Reames several years ago. It was the best rental experience I have ever had. Very efficient and always got a quick response. They went above and beyond and were very kind and compassionate. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would! They're unsatisfied that we followed WA state laws and regulations regarding our notice to vacate within 21 DAYS!! Due to their likely loss of a month's rent, they chose to be ignorant and childish and redeem the money by any means necessary. I find it odd, our invoice amount for repairs and a so called cleaning equals our corresponding down deposit amount. Actually, we now owe .88 cents Additionally, the invoice received has the same exact address of Reames Realty! Sound like a scheme if there was one! I contacted dave reams directly through a recommendation from another land lord and he responded very promising sending me a link through email to fill out an application in which I paid 42$. He said it was his day off so I told him it’s all good and to get back to me when you’re working again, yet 4 days later I messaged and called him to no response. He left me on read, wasting my time and money when this is supposed to be business for him. Very unprofessional on his part and I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this guy, I feel scammed out of 42 dollars

After finding the New York Apartment complex on several online apartment apps and websites, I fell in love with the units. They were listed within my price range, and as available. After I met with the associate at Reams Realty, she showed me a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that I loved and wanted to lock down. She told me as long as I put down at least $200 for partial deposit, I could reserve the unit, and that it cost $995/month including utilities. I sent their company a check for $200, and proceeded to send checks to the company until my full $750 deposit was paid in full. My husband and I came and looked at a few units and let Dave know that we would be looking to move in about 2 weeks. He said all we’d need to do is put down a deposit and he could get us into whichever unit was available at that time. The rent for the one we wanted was advertised at $1095 and when we spoke with him he said the same thing, then later in conversation said it was $1195. When I inquired as to why $100 more, he said he never said the other price. We figured it was a mishap and 2 weeks later we came ready to rent. We found a unit we liked and he said “just get me the deposit and the keys are yours” so we brought him the deposit, asked for the keys and he said “it’s too late tonight I want to get home for dinner, I can meet you Monday” we set a time to meet between 10-11, he said
