I recently listed and sold my condominium with Diana Lea of RealtyQuest in Darien. Diana was great to work with! She provided great recommendations on how to optimize my return on the transaction and good references for contractors to do work that I had done before the sale. The sale transaction was a little tricky because the ultimate buyer had requests that took some time to get completed or in progress. Diana was very helpful throughout, communicating my responses clearly to the buyer’s agent so that in the end the buyer stuck with the sale over the several months it took to complete the transaction. Overall, my experience with Diana and RealtyQuest was great! Highly recommended!

She also went out of her way to provide a personal touch even after our sale- providing the names of local suppliers (oil, architect, etc) for us to work with. I have known the people at Realty Quest for well over 10 years now, and there are a couple of things that make them quite different from other real estate firms. First, is the boutique atmosphere. RQ is not a massive corporate entity looking to hustle you into buying or selling. The agents there are local folks who love what they do. You get the feeling that they understand the emotions involved in finding a new home or leaving the one you’ve lived in for much of your life. It’s more than just a business deal, it’s your home, your family, your life. Second is the man who founded RQ and runs it every day. David Epprecht is an honest guy who seems to care about people, which is not easy to find these days. He works closely with all of his agents to make his business the best in the area. I
