We had a very disappointing experience working with Jolynn as our realtor. She listed our father’s home while he was still living, and after he passed away, we continued with her. Unfortunately, we were given poor advice on how to prepare the house for sale, which we later realized did not help the process. More concerning was the lack of care in securing the property. The patio slider door and garage door were both left unlocked on multiple occasions. Because of this, someone broke in and stole the patio furniture. Family members checking in on the home also discovered the doors unlocked, which was extremely upsetting and could have been prevented with more diligence.
