A really nice townhouse was available & Ms. Bonnie was really helpful with the application process. We decided not to follow through after noticing the location wouldn’t work for my husband & I. Ms. Bonnie was really understanding & still wished us well on our search. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice well kept property and good customer service.

I loved living at crabapple circle, my only issue was washer and dryer connections were not compatible (only stackable units) so I moved after a year. Anytime I had an issue it was resolved ASAP. Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Sherry are great with customer service. Great management company, I have no complaints.

*Housing Discrimination* This management company is very unprofessional. The lady that I spoke name was “Bonnie” she was very racist. She spoke to me like I was a child telling me to answer her questions with a “yes or no” answer. She also spoke to me like she really wasn’t concerned in renting me anything. I called in reference of a townhome that was running between 1300-1400 that was listed and I’m assuming she thought I couldn’t afford it. So she then directed me to an apartment that was $850 which was not the type of home that I prefer. I won’t recommend this company to no one. I felt very offended by her and I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me.
