Very bad the office in Hot Springs missed to pay the mortgage payment by 1,700 $ and I have to pay penalties for they mistake Realty Title Wayne Arnold
We had the "manager" doing the closing. She did not have the paperwork proof read nor did she have all of the final numbers. Names were misspelled, dollar amounts change during the signing and them again the next day. What a joke. Find a REAL title company, not an extension of the realty company.
Disorganized, not the same company it used to be. I've used them for many transactions, but they've had a lot of turnover and new inexperienced staff now work there.
Excellent service and attention to detail as always.
