Mike is over exit 97 Foodland parking lot. He raised rent so high right at Christmas time renters are moving out. Four buildings so far in 6 months. More to come. He’s telling renters pay the high rent or get out. He says it’s business but this man is not honest. He lies. I would not recommend this man for any kind of business. You can’t trust what he says. He’s very arrogant. He won’t fix leaky roofs or bad parking lot. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

Great company to use especially Mike Nichols, who is Very respectful and knowledgeable about the area. The company has reasonable and fair pricing. Highly recommend for renting or buying needs.

This is not about selling a house but about community courtesy. I have been walking my dogs and grandson through and around my neighborhood for the past year. There are 2 sets of businesses on each side as you turn onto Carrington Lane. I walk through both business parking lots and on the little sidewalk outside their businesses. The business owners on the left side greet me when they see me and are very cordial. Today when I was walking in the parking lot outside Realty Pros which is the only business on the right side, a gentleman was getting out of his car and said I should not walk in their parking lot or the little sidewalk outside their business. There are never more than 2 cars in this parking lot any time I have walked through and no door has ever opened. It takes me less
