Realty ONE Group Southwest

One of the most incompetent realtors I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with works here. I've purchased 3 homes in my life and never have I been treated so rudely and poorly than by Glenda Patton. She wasn't in contact with us for the first two weeks because she went on vacation and did NOT set up anyone to take her place, she argued with us at every turn then narcissistically switched moods to suddenly act like she was on our side, wanted us to do her job FOR her in calling inspectors, meeting contractors, telling US to write our own letters to request a lower price....isn't that THE ENTIRE POINT OF A REALTOR?! Even the contractors were very angry with her and told me "Glenda is only looking out for Glenda" and I have to agree. I was able to purchase this property IN SPITE

I worked with Jerry Park (Realtor) on a project recently. my experience with Jerry was quite negative. Jerry uses many unethical business practices, knowingly deceives his clients and was difficult to collect payment from. Jerry exposes himself, broker and anyone associated with him to major liabilities because he chooses to be dishonest and deceptive. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Realty One Group Southwest is a full service office and they provide excellent customer service. The owners are on-site and accessible. They care a lot about their clients and their staff. I will highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

They listed a home for rent under Archer Managment Group in Desert Hot Springs, Ca... on Zillow... my wife and I paid for a background checks, I have excellent credit...did not here anything from them on the property we were interested in renting, they pulled the property ofline re-listed the same property for a higher amount. And we drove to Temecula,Ca were there office was called Reality One Group hiding under Archer Managment Group.. these people are scamming people out of there money for the application fee's "SO DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE WE DID"!!!
