I’ve known Kim for 14 years as she has sold my first home and purchased a new one two weeks apart. The seller of my current home said he had wished Kim was his broker as she was “on top of every detail” as we closed. We just purchased a business condo in August of 2023 and Kim essentially did the job of two brokers to get the deal closed. She always looks out for the best interest of her clients and I can’t thank her enough! Kim is the only broker I’ll ever use and I highly recommend her.

Kim does not deserve a 1 rating. She deserves a 0!! Horrible communication, she lied several times, spoke bad about owners to sellers and sellers to owners. Also tried to have wife go behind husband's back to seal the deal. The worst experience we have had ever had with a realtor and we have bought and sold mamy homes. Stay away!!! Do not trust! Also lied about square footage of home!

Kim Thomas is very knowledgeable and helpful. She treats you like family, very accommodating.

Kim Thomas is a shinning example of integrity. Would recommend to anyone looking, especially in this chaotic market!
