I would give this company negative stars if I could. Its run by a bunch of children who only use texting to communicate. They steal half your money from your secuirty deposit first time in 14 yrs I've never gotten the full total back. They forgot the key to the property when showing tenants which is extremely unprofessional. They were very unhelpful in fixing any of the housing problems and then later charged us for them even though its the landlords job to fix them. Dylan lied to us mulitple times. In which we had proof we caught him in a lie and he had to follow through becasue he knew he was wrong. We had to consult mulitple employees to even talk to someone on the phone. No one calls you back. Again very unprofessional.. Please reconsider using this company for any housing needs if you

I don’t see how they keep business…I scheduled a showing took time off work cuz the don’t do showings after 3pm. Show up to the appointment to be told it was cancelled cuz i didn’t confirm in the text. They texted the wrong number, and never sent an email confirmation. What is the point of an appointment if your going to cancel with notice. If this is how you treat potential customers how do you treat actual residents. Their professionalism definitely needs some work. And not once was the woman on the phone apologetic or willing to make something work with my schedule. I’m not taking a second day off to see if they show up or not. Very rude

Dishonest, scammed 2k from me. Listing said unit was "fully renovated", it was filthy, hair and nail clippings on the carpet, grease dripping from behind the stove, dirty windows. Clearly omitted pictures on the listing and made no effort to clean it between tenants. Tried working with them and being reasonable, paid 2k to break the least and move into a better place after living less than 2 weeks there. Had to message them multiple times to get my deposit back after they "mailed it" but never arrived, weeks later I had to I stop by in person to finally get it. These people have no shame, do not rent from them.

Great experience so far, from showing to moving into the apartment they were very helpful and answered any questions I had.
