Mr. Jeremy Gray represented the sale of a home we purchased. Our experience with him was very poor and we discovered shortly after closing that the painter who states he works for him and was hired by him to repaint the interior, was told to rush the job to get the house ready to list quickly. Allegedly he also told the painter to paint over dirt but get the job done quickly. It looked good in the immediate time of the sale but soon after started peeling off like an orange peel and we also discovered that the stained wood was stained atop the clear coat. So we started turning orange when we touched the bannister. Just as two examples of shoddy workmanship.
