If I could leave zero stars I would. On Independence Day, these folks were CHASING people away from their grass, including a single mom and her little boy. Oh their precious grass. They laid down TREE BRANCHES across their yard and caution tape across the driveway so no one was able to stand on their tiny strip of shade alone the Skippack parade route. If you want friendly, I suggest you go elsewhere. If you want compassion, I suggest finding your local department of motor vehicles, they’re better. Your building is not that impressive and all people wanted to do was stay off the roadway so as not to be run over. Do better…. Be a good neighbor… Happy Anti-Tyranny day.

I met with Bruce Augustine with Realty Executives a few days ago. I have to tell everybody about him. He was the most personable and professional agent I have ever encountered. I called about his property and he told me he could meet me in 15 minutes. When I got there, he offered to hold my 11 month old heavy baby to let me look around (which I accepted of course). I was toting my 4 year old around as well and Bruce was very kind to my older son, who kept asking to turn the fans on and my son kept turning light switches on and off :) Bruce answered all my questions knowledgeably and did not treat me like I was an annoyance at all. Please use him as your listing agent or if you are buying a home- he will not disappoint.
