In my personal opinion, experiences with this agency can best be described as "unsatisfying" and at worst "unprofessional." Looking at the other low reviews, I expect the owner will respond to this post by disputing its validity in a tone of faux cheerfulness, belied by a darker frustration sitting just underneath the protestations of "Kindly remove your review." Allow me to continue: My partner asked this agency to come and advise on a co-op sale. The agent made claims about previous sales in our building that were inaccurate and easily fact checkable by anyone with an internet connection and access to public records.
