I called the phone number listed. However. I was told the HOA manager doesn’t take phone calls. They could only be reached out by email. It is not my common sense that they hide from their customers.

Take note of the other reviews, they steal your money. They claimed I didn't make an HOA payment, sent them proof, and they're still in denial. I just gave up and paid the HOA bill, Again. My family definetly could of used OUR money more than this big corporation. Hate that I have to deal with them....

Not only are they bad at what they do, they also straight up steal money from people by withholding refunds due to double payment. They have $500 of mine that they refuse to give back. If I had the means and the time to press charges against them, I would. DO NOT allow your HOA to be managed by this company under any circumstances.

We have found CiraConnect to be a professional and well run management company. Our interactions with the CiraConnect team confirms their industry knowledge and capability. Additionally, we often hear from associations that they are very satisfied with their management services.

This company has a F score with BBB Impossible to deal with. Accounting does not take calls! Seriously. IAvoid doing business with them. Cira collect and Real Manage are the same. Accounting is awful.
