Terrible company to work with as both a Board Member and a Community member. Our HOA is 2 years into a 5 year contract and has had at least 4 community managers. During my time on the board it was common to get the board packet < 24 hours before a meeting. As a homeowner the web portal is utterly useless. You cant submit ARC or Work requests via the portal, you must email your community manager so that they can then enter what you just sent them into a form and hope that they do so in a reasonable amount of time. Then for ARC requests, you cant even see them as a community member and the email approval is bare bones and lacking information such as a clear sentence on whether or not there were any stipulations placed. I want to be clear, I do not fault the managers, apparently the company

Shannon treats all residents fairly, providing clear explanations even when the outcome may not be what we hoped for, while always keeping the association's best interests in mind. Thanks to her proactive approach, she helped our community save $7,000 per month by securing a new trash vendor. I’m truly grateful that Real Manage brought her to our community.
