Had an attempted break in in the middle of the night, tried to set up ring cameras on the patio to prevent any return attempt from the assailants, was told I was not allowed to set up any cameras without permission from the HOA board, which might be granted next business day at the earliest. Unbelievable that at HOA forum takes precedent over the safety of the residents.

Horrible service, did not return my calls. Edit: I could spend my time breaking down every aspect in which Henderson's response to my review was dishonest or a gross oversimplification of the issues I had, but that would be a waste. All you need to know is that the company took three days to respond to my calls, was very rude over the phone, and instated a policy that I was not informed of (that was also never mentioned on the lease for my apartment). The woman I spoke to over the phone, who I can only assume is the only employee at this location since she locks the door to their building when she is answering phone calls, claimed the matter of my parking sticker was out of her hands, yet the people I spoke to at Henderson's main location in Charlotte had never heard of her new policy.
