Realm at Patterson Place Apartments

My daughter lived here for a little over a year and loved it. Everything was nice and we had nothing to complain about. However, she moved home and we deep cleaned the apartment and left it better than when we moved in. No damage and very clean. I get an email that the are keeping 300 dollars of the deposit due to carpet damage and cleaning fees. This is totally unacceptable and sad that companies are allowed to this to people. I took pictures the day we moved out….not one thing was wrong with that apartment.

I am a current resident on the property, today 3/8/26 I was told by emergency maintenance that no one could come out and fix my air. I have two children in my home ( one is a teenager but still a child) and I am a single mother who has to work on weekends. Upon my arrival home last night my unit was set on 71 and my apartment was 81 degrees inside. My children were sitting on the couch in shorts and short. I called 2x last night for emergency maintenance and no one showed up. I also received 2 calls stating that they would be on the property and again no one showed. We had to sleep in muggy heat with the windows open. IT GOT HOTTER! This morning I called and got a very rude maintenance worker who informed me “ it’s not I can do if it’s not 81 degrees outside” well it’s 81 in my house sir!!

I am Dakota Quiñonez and I wanted to take time to comment on how helpful the realm at Pattersons place staff has been with aiding me in my move in process and has made it very easy for me. I would love to note Tajah in helping me with my tour and has been great to have helped me through the application process. She has had a really great energy in being able to engage with me and solve any issues or questions I had. I would love to thank the rest of staff as well who has been able to help me too with fixing some things in the apartment and have been very flexible with inviting energy!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Management and Unprofessional Experience I have been living at this apartment for 6 months, and dealing with the management team has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I visited the leasing office more than 10 times just to add my spouse to the lease. Instead of handling this simple request professionally, they repeatedly delayed, gave unclear answers, and wasted my time. After more than two months, they finally sent the application—something that should have been done from the beginning. Now it has been almost 10 additional days, and they still have not sent the updated lease agreement, even though I paid the administrative fee 10 days ago. The heat went out for a few days for little ol me. On the first day I spoke with Amber the maintenance she-ro and she helped me fairly quickly. Over the span of those few days, she was consistent the whole time until the heat was fixed and she was super hands on and reassuring from one woman to another. She and her supervisor Savoris (forgive me for misspelling) showed up each day to resolve it and made sure I was good. I appreciate both of you and loved seeing a woman in the maintenance field.
