A terrible experience. Real Title group presented false documents to try to collect over $900 from me, the seller, to sell my timeshare. There was no legitimate paperwork to show that the buyer had offered any funds towards purchasing my property. Also, an employee of Real Property made false statements about her contact with my timeshare resort and even went so far as to provide false telephone numbers. I checked on Real Title Group with Chase Bank whom they claimed to have documentation for property and they had never heard of this group. I checked with other sources and no one can verify that this is a legitimate business. I believe that we can most likely label Real Property Title Group as a scam enterprise

I went to law school with Alfred over a decade ago. I used him for a home purchase closing a few weeks ago. I recommend him. He is pretty responsive to emails, and is pretty calm which made me at ease. I would use him again!
