Real Property Management Tidewater

DO NOT recommend 0/10 (Reed Property Management Tidewater ) . This company has been nothing but nasty and unprofessional from day one I first got approved from my apartment and they would not allow me to move in until two months later which had me hanging out a limbo once I did move in there were still things that needed to be done they basically sat on the apartment for two months and did nothing. For moving in the apartment did look nice, but there were rodent problems. They kept sending service providers about, and none of them did anything. Then they tried to charge me for sending service providers out for the power constantly going out. They charged $100 every time they had to send someone out to fix the apartment. The gas heat went out and was out for over 2 1/2 months in the winter

As an owner of 2 properties who was moving from the area, I have been relying on RPM to be my representatives. Chelsea and her team did such a good job marketing my property that we had multiple competitive offers to choose from. I got more than what I was asking for. Blake, Skylar, and Edward have gone above and beyond with communicating with me on any issues. I rarely ever leave reviews, but I am so impressed by the service I’ve received that I had to take the time. I plan on purchasing other properties in the area soon and will definitely be working with them to manage those as well.

The worst management company i've ever been in contact with. My friend rented an apartment and were going on day 5 of them not having it ready due to multiple city code/ health violations. There was blood on the floor (multiple rooms), every window in the property is broken as well as an exterior door. there was a broken smoke detector, literal trash on the floor and in closets, and the OP manager and direct manager have said they sent people out and that it was in livable condition which it 1000% is not. They have been in contact since the move in 5 days ago knowing that the client has to pay out of pocket for housing due to their ADMITED negligence, but now they are saying it is her fault that they didn't clean the mold and she should just deal with it. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. But do not rent from them. They are scammers. House was full of roaches and I had to pay for it. Will take all your deposit and charge you crazy amounts for removing a light stand that was left behind (150$)

Don't know where to start. Rented for 5 months and left because I had no hot water for the whole time. A/C wasnt working they said that it was going to get fixed and charged me for it after I moved in. After I left they charge you crazy amount for removing little things and you wont get your deposit back. Do your research do not use rpm
