ZERO STARS! We recently signed a lease for a property managed by this company, but during our initial walkthrough immediately after receiving the keys, we discovered multiple issues that made us uncomfortable proceeding with the tenancy. The property did not appear to have received a full turnover cleaning. Ceiling fans were very dirty, floors were unclean, and there were visible furniture marks in the carpet. There were also items left behind from previous occupants in the basement and yard, including debris and miscellaneous belongings. Additionally, we noticed maintenance and security concerns such as a missing storm door key, a damaged gate that could not be secured, and an extremely loud bathroom fan. The garage also had a strong oil or chemical odor. We documented everything right

We couldn’t be more happy with Real Property Management. They have taken great care of our home for almost the last two years and have kept us up to date on everything related to our property. They have high standards for when they vet potential tenants which led to us having amazing tenants. We would recommend Real Property Management all day every day to anyone needing a great company to care for their property.

Love this company so far, application process and move-in is very straightforward and as they explain it. These foos work with you no matter how "needy" you may seem. My family is no-budget from the bad side so we are used to dealing with by-owner places. These people treated us like people, not just a credit score, from viewing to signing and I appreciate that. At first I felt foolish for applying but after the second call with RPM Steel City we were able to breathe and not waste money on applying at 4 places just to lose the fee money, we just waited on this ONE app because we thought it was OK and BAM!! Got a move-in within a business week and absolutely LOVE dealing with our Property Management. Just be a good and upfront tenant....they are good and upfront people. Lease seems extensiv

The staff at RPM. has been very friendly and helpful. A.j is very respectful. We were able to schedule a time to do a walk thru very easily that worked for us both. She was very professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy . Any problems that have arose were addressed and fixed in less than 24 hrs in most cases. Love that we are able to bring up anything and they fix it so fast . Thanks again A.J. for making us feel at ease with any questions or changes that have arose.
