As an out of state investor I know how important having a good property management is. I’ve been with RPM for almost 3 years and although It was a little rough getting onboard with everything in the beginning RPM has been very helpful since. I just want to thank RPM for giving I and my roommate a chance. I also appreciate the fact they are responsive when something needs to be fixed. And I like the fact they take care of the environment like vacuuming the stairway carpet, clearing snow and landscaping now it’s spring. I selected RPM because they were one of the few property management companies that specified that they service single family houses. In every respect, they have been exemplary. We had a tenant who was hostile and uncooperative, and they turned her around in a few months. When we decided to sell the house, we had a very tight timeline to list it before the house selling season ended. They brought in several contractors to refinish the floors and paint a huge house in and out within a couple of weeks of the tenant leaving, and not only did they do an amazingly professional job with care and attention, the price was reasonable. Paul Rocha was constantly on top of the work to coordinate the contractors and make sure our wishes were followed. He continues to help us manitain the property unt
