Everyone applying as a tenant or as a homeowner trying to rent out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. Nikki is the ONLY contact and she is absolutely horrible. I dont think she even works at this point. Shes not transparent and takes about 48 hours to answer simple questions and she is never there in person. Im so glad my gut was telling me how shady this woman is. You will not have a good experience and I strongly believe her horrible communication is the sole reason these places are on the market still. Homeowners and apartment owners are losing so much money by working with her. Dont let the nice looking places pull you into this train wreck of a management company.

Unfortunately, my experience with this property management has been very disappointing. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and there is little to no response when legitimate issues are reported. This includes situations where timely communication is important, such as ongoing disturbances or complaints that directly affect tenants’ quality of life. As a tenant, it’s frustrating to feel like there’s no support or accountability. Basic communication should be the bare minimum, and that hasn’t been met here. I would strongly recommend improving responsiveness and tenant support, as this has been a consistent issue.

Very hard to communicate with. Emailed a question about a rental and about a week later got a generated general response not related or answered. Finally scheduled a showing and again just automated response, closer to the showing got a real person to text back. Went to the business address to talk and apply, no one was there. Contacted with a message and didn’t get response for days. Also website gave list of restricted dog breeds but when given the application suddenly it had 5x the amount of restricted dog breeds, when we responded and asked about that they ghosted us and haven’t responded. If I were a property owner I would be furious to have a place listed for months and know that qualified people weren’t getting responded to and my place rented.

Was hard to get a place to start. Finally got accepted. Took 3 days of constantly calling and showing up at the office waiting to get the keys AFTER already paying. They dont answer the phone. Or emails. Now we have a loud as can be neighbor thats started damaging our property and still no response.

This property management does not answer the phone or return emails — even for legitimate complaints that require timely attention. When issues come up, tenants are left with no support and no clear way to get help. Repeated attempts to contact management go ignored.
