I’ve been in my apartment for over three months and I am very happy with my experience here. My landlord Bob Schultze is a great guy, strictly professional and on the ball.
I was so tired dealing with late payments, and small repairs from my tenants that it was a strain in my life. Best decision was to hire property management (Bob) to handle all the work I hated. Plus he knows how to get dead beats out, and makes sure I am destroying your property. Highly recommended
They will scam you for your security deposit. I cleaned my place thoroughly and got over 1k in cleaning fees after moving out. Bob Schultze is a scumbag.
