I've have been using RPM for a year now. I do not see anything proprietary about using this company. Communication has always been an issue. Tenants were trying to inquire about my home and could not get in touch with anyone in the office. I do not like the fact that I have to submit an email rather than actually speak with someone regarding concerns. Additionally, I originally requested quarterly inspections on my home and they were never done. I had to send an email to request for an inspection to be done. Lastly, I do not like the fact that anyone can go into my home. The self-guided tour is lazy in my opinion. As the property manager you should make sure your customer's home is being treated fairly. I did not experience that with RPM.

I have never been fortunate enough to have a property management team who seemed as if they really cared. Lisa and the rest of the team at Real Property make the best team. I never called unless I had an issue that was important to our family and they treated each of our calls with urgency and promptness. The staff here are top notch and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Does not answer their phones any time of day throughout the week. Good luck even entering a lease with these people.
