I had an excellent experience renting a townhome managed by RPM Management. From move-in to move-out, everything was smooth and professional. Communication was always clear and timely, and paying rent or submitting maintenance requests was super easy through their online system. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the whole process—including moving out—was completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a property management company that’s this organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Because of my experience as a tenant, I’m now considering RPM to manage an investment property I plan to buy in the future. Easy for me to rate them 5 stars, I highly recommend!

We have used RPM for 7 years now. We actually just sold our property to the renter. Had to give a shout out to a pretty dang good management company! Very honest, loyal, and made our lives much easier finding renters, and getting repairs done at a fair price. Nothing ever seemed crazy high. Communication was pretty good when it came to repairs being looked at and was told the estimate and then told when it was completed. Online is easy to use, everything you would need is there at your fingertips. If we had another place to rent out we would use them again. I would recommend to all family and friends. Thank you RPM for a great 7 years.

Her responsiveness, knowledge, honesty, and patience has contributed to the success of our rental services. Not only for us as owner but also with regard to tenants, as her work is always geared towards positive outcomes for both parties.
