Real Property Management Integrity

I'm writing this review in hopes of helping TENANTS APPLYING TO RENT with RPM INTEGRITY. I applied & was approved, but declined SIGN LEASE due to fees. If i would have know upfront I would not have applied to rent, My first RED FLAG was the home was dirty upon viewing, I should have not moved forward and I could have saved money. Tenant: M.
