Run don’t walk away from this company! Scam and terrible experience. Rented a house and smelled like utter pet urine, dirty, scuffs and paint unmatched throughout My husband owns a restoration company so we decided we’d just take care of some things on our own. During the 2021 freeze we had a pipe burst. They were completely unresponsive. We called, texted, emailed…nothing! With each renewal the rent they were pushing was above market price. They refused basic maintenance like floors buckling- literally buckling to where my family had to watch where to walk to avoid getting hurt or falling. REFUSED TO EVEN COME OUT! We had a property professionally cleaned, and Ben charged our deposit $350 for a cleaning. He also charged us for a sprinkler system repair of $195.00. What a scam. Below are photos of the tile floors buckling throughout the home Ben refused to make repairs. Then he tried to go up $250 a month on our rent. This guy is bad news for the property management industry. Stay Away !

There were a couple of things that contributed towards the need of this review. 1. Once my rental property was transitioned to Ben's office, we noted to him that we believe that someone else other than the tenant+dependents are occupying the property.
