I felt like this owner just trying to pick on us. The owner emailed me on Feb 28th, regarding a propane tank that was billed on Feb 10th & asked us to pay the invoice the next day. When we moved in the propane was on 50% already, so when it got lowered to 30% they went ahead and added more to bump it up to 80%. The owner then again, give us an invoice for $620 dollars and expect us to pay it the next day. Clearly the invoice was stated, you will get a discount of 20 some odd dollars if you pay early which we aren’t getting because the bill wasn’t given to us until Feb 28th. The property manager/owner already charging us 30% more than what we used. The property manager/owner then went ahead and issue us some termination of lease & charge us more fees because of this open invoice & because

The owner and his staff provided a great experience for myself and my roommates in college. Even though we lived in a cheaper, older house that had problems often, Brenton was always attentive to our requests and resolved problems quickly. He was understanding of our situation and was flexible when we moved out, offering a fair return on our initial deposit. If I were staying in the area I would have no reservation against renting with them again.

Real Property Management Headwaters has been managing our rental properties for over two years. Brenton and his staff resolve any issues with the rentals very quickly. They also fill vacant units quickly, and keep us informed about anything that we, as the owners, might need to address. We have several long-time renters who know how to contact us directly. These renters have told us that they are pleased with how quickly RPM Headwaters responds to any problems they have with their unit (plumbing, electrical, etc.) The fees that they charge are also very reasonable, in our opinion.

Brenton is an amazing property manager that actually takes care of his tenants and takes care of his properties too. I called on him a couple times and always received quick and kind service. In our entire renting lifetime, rpmh is by far the best property management experience we’ve ever had.
