Real Property Management Deluxe

Real property management deluxe is equivalent to that of slumlords. From the moment I moved in, I had nothing but issues. Submitted several maintenance requests for items like the mailbox needing to be fixed (after 3 months with no fixes, I fixed this myself), water softener was not re-installed and I dealt with hard water for my entire tenure in the unit (I had to pay for gallons of water to cook and water my dog with after finding out the water had high levels of iron and copper in it) which is pictured below, to only have them add a water softener to the unit the month before my move out, and a mice problem that was caused due to the remodel they did in the utility room. This was also fixed by myself and my parents. This company is not recommended to anyone.

Taylor helped our family out during a very difficult time with a sudden death in the family. He is trustworthy, objective and professional! Addie, Finley, Karen, Melissa and Mark have been extremely patient with my spouse and I for years. We have asked for maintenance help and any understanding with death following our families now on both sides…7 years in a row. There really are no words for this type of grief. RPM Deluxe has honored and extended grace to us in so many levels and we are grateful for all of them and we have and will always recommend them to others. Mark is the best tech for maintaining property value we have met, and we have been renting property since we were teenagers; now in our 40’s. Stay away from these people, they don’t care about anything. Won’t fix anything, you got a wasp problem/infestation too bad, you gotta deal with them. You got soft spots in your floor? Better hope you don’t fall through, cuz they won’t fix it. Your water pipes freeze in the winter? Better leave your water running that you have to pay for and get no reimbursement for doing so. Got mold growing in the basement? Ah might as well leave it, like LMAO. 1100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

They are a great company to work with. They made our move in easy and are very kind people!

I was forced to use the company and wouldn’t ever again or recommend them to anyone. They offer absolutely so answers to questions or help with situations. I had a family member of the owners of my rental harassing me, calling my work and harassing them, showing up whenever they wanted. I had to buy security cameras after many calls to RPM and the sheriffs. I didn’t feel safe in my own home. When I asked for some sort of compensation for the time, mental anguish, and money I had to spend out of my pocket I was told straight up “that will never happen” very rudely. After talking to other rental companies I was told that was very unprofessional of them and not the way it should have been handled. It seems they are just out for the money, I’ve had slumlords that were better than this company.
