Real Property Management Coastal VA

I have rented with this company for going on 4 years. There have been MULTIPLE property managers within this time. Which should of been a warning sign to me. Each time there is a maintenance problem at their property there is no priority to have the issue addressed. 5 days, no hot water, 4 days no heat in dead winter, and 3 days with no working sink in kitchen. I am more than frustrated with them. They have no follow up with their tenants. I feel like as long as you are paying them the rent they are good no problem. Customer service to me is everything, and they have ZERO!!!! I will NOT be renewing my lease with them. I wish I had read review on them long ago. All the five stars are from the employees.

Communication is not a priority with this company. This seems to be the norm in property management. We even paid the higher percentage monthly to receive higher attention to the conditions of the property. I would not recommend volunteering your money to a company that is not going to provide even the most basic of services with quality. Now end of year tax time - refuse to answer and will not provide the needed documentation. And I agree Angela Parker was amazing and took great care of us- but one employee can not hold such quality standards… sadly we were told she left the company.

I rented a home through this company for over two years and didn't have too many major issues other than the property managers and owners changing twice in 2 years. It may have been the owner who refused to make requested repairs throughout the home. For any owners looking to put their home with this company just FYI noone came out to visit the home once in 2 years. I did have maintenance out in the first month of my lease but after that noone. Now that I've moved out over a month ago, they still have not returned my security deposit. They waited until I called on April 30th to see if it was mailed and they claimed they would be processing the check that day. It's now been long enough to receive the security deposit in the mail and still nothing. I have emailed them and they haven't r

This company only inspected my house once in three years. The tenants had 5 dogs in the home and used my garage as a kennel that they washed out once a week. This would have been prevented or resolved had they inspected the property. The tenants were also a month behind one year for 4 months and the next year a month behind for 10 months!!!! We now have had our house back for 4 months and still do not have the damages fixed, and they won't return our calls.

Terrible service! I'm Active Duty Military, currently stationed overseas and I have entrusted you with "Managing" my property. I can't even get an email reply. I have sent several emails with zero reply, stayed up extremely late hours to call within business hours to no answer, left a voice mail and received no response. I also had no notification that my house was vacated and they turned the water completely off during the coldest time leading to a pipe bursting. They then reassured me that the repairs have been made (on my expense), just to find out that the next months payment I was going to receive was completely used up again for more "repairs" that I still have not been informed of.
