Real Property Management Cache Valley

If you want them to send random people to the house with no warning this is the place for you. We rented for two years and saw daylight through mostly all the doors 24/7 365 because they did not want to fix it. When we asked about getting the doors fixed their maintenance guy said they wouldn’t fix it because the place needed new doors. They did a very temporary fix but it didn’t last and was not the correct fix. I enjoyed cold winters and bugs getting in my house. These guys are a joke. Also when we moved in the house was absolutely filthy.

Really nice people. They help us to find a nice home. They help me with the sprinkler and if I need to fix something they answer quick.

I’ve dealt with many property management companies in the past, and RPM Cache Valley is by far the worst. Here’s why: 1. If you ever need to speak to the Broker, Brandon, too bad. At the start of my lease, I had serious issues with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as a bunch of major appliances that were broken or breaking. I tried to get in contact with Brandon to see about reducing my first month’s rent because of the issues, and Norma (front desk lady) wouldn’t give me his info. I found it anyway, and he never responded. Terribly unprofessional. 2. They aren’t aware of or just ignore some pretty basic real estate laws. In the middle of my lease, they added a fee if I wanted to pay by check. Since that fee wasn’t disclosed in my initial lease, it was illegal. Brandon also has Norma

This is by far the best property management I've worked with. Most of my communication was with Norma Aldrich. She was extremely helpful with anything we needed. She was understanding, patient, and willing to help. The move in and move out process were both very easy and smooth. I rented from Real Property Management in Southern Utah before moving to Cache Valley, and I did not have a great experience, so I was very hesitant to rent from RPM Cache Valley, but Norma was very upfront, honest, and kind. I did not have any worries or fears and felt confident in renting. I would definitely recommend working with RPM Cache Valley

In all seriousness, finding the perfect management company is impossible, but the cache valley team at real property management comes darn close. Overall my experience with them was great. Securing the apartment was beautifully handled. What’s more though, we had to break our lease, which is a nightmare scenario with most other management companies. But this team was open and honest with us about what it would take, and they were kind and understanding during the whole process. My gripes with them were few and far between. There were small things like a weird maintenance request process, and phone calls felt somewhat rushed like they didn’t have much time to talk. BUT they were always kind over the phone and our maintenance issues were always addressed within a reasonable time. I can actu
