I rented from RPM for a little over a year and had an overall good experience. Julie was very accommodating and made the transition happen quickly and smoothly. No issues during my stay and whatever I needed they made happen quickly. Move out was easy and they were willing to work with me on a lot of things. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because this is a franchise. RPM Bozeman is fantastic in my experience, however the RPM Corporate office seems quite disorganized and that is where the only issues I've had have come from. Overall a good experience and I would rent from this office again.

She is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough in her walk-through and accommodating in every way. If a repair is needed, she follows through with what is needed to resolve the matter. Laura has been the most amazing property manager I have ever had and I have lived in this town my entire life! She is so unbelievably kind and will go out of her way to assist with whatever needs you have! I highly recommend real property management over any other company!

Loved the house I rented at for 2 years, but had an extremely unpleasant time with Julie at Real Property Management. She was always rather unpleasant to speak to on the phone, which made us lose respect for the company. We only got a small portion of our deposit back, and when we asked for an itemized receipt of our cleaning fees, it was very vague. Will avoid this agency in the future.
