Very responsive and communicative. Places people in your home quickly. Not often do they need to come to the owner for issues, handles them on their own. Worth the money to use them.

Horrible. Someone in their other property who did not have a lease kept threatening our lives after I asked him to stop driving in our driveway and back yard. After the individual broke our window in the front yard, we got it documented. We even got blamed for the window when there was glass all over the inside of the home and when we moved out for fear of our lives, they decided to keep our deposit for the window putting us in a worse position financially after letting us rent a home in a duplex neighborhood they own full of people without background checks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND WANT CONFIDENCE IN YOUR LANDLORD.
