I am a local agent for the last 20 years in Winter Haven. Real Estate Title Services has performed many closings for me over the years and they are fantastic. Staff is very professional and the president, Jennifer Barker, is just a fantastic person to deal with. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Jennifer and Her team are the absolute best for Title Service, Our Closing was smooth and even closed before projected closing Date.

Jennifer was very professional but the administration staff are very petty and hold a grudge. I have had to wait 3 weeks for a real estate commission check. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Aubrey is really not a professional. Look for any other title company in Winter Gaven. Unfortunately as a buyer agent I had no choice in the title company. This is my worst experience in 19 years of real estate. Again Avoid Avoid Avoid

Super professional and courteous. Ive had quite a few closings here and it always goes very well. They communicate well and really work with your schedule.

DON’T go here... horrible ... Carol is absolutely rude!!!... They DON’T give you your money back without a fight. I had escrow deposit on property that failed inspection. My $1000 check cleared my bank... my checked had cleared my account 3 days prior, BUT Carol wouldn’t release funds. I had to do leg work and demand that I have my funds released. Crazy!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY....
