From the first showing to move-in, everything was handled so smoothly — they really took the stress out of it. Both of them were super responsive, professional, and honestly just great people to work with. You can tell they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything goes right. I can't thank Yalitza & Asif enuff working with them was an amazing experience they are a hard working them together finding a place to stay can be very stressful. Had a tight timeframe to move for work, was able to find one of Ms. Rosada’s properties. Active responses, super friendly, was able to see the property next day after reaching out. Was met by both realtors on the team on property with super helpful knowledge of the area. Application to lease signing was seamless and communication throughout the whole process was a 10/10.

They helped my wife and I rent a house we found online. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to, plus helpful throughout the entire process. During certain waiting times such as the HOA reviewing documents, they followed up and stayed in communication very frequently. Great work
